This month, we're honored to welcome special guest Ashfaq Ahmed Choudhury. Choudhury will speak about leading UN peacekeeping missions in Southeast Asia, and his talk will give a glimpse into how UN peacekeepers, contributed by member states, are deployed by the UN to help restore and maintain peace and security in conflict-torn regions worldwide. He received military training in Monterey and Hawaii, as well as the National Defense University in China.
